Ingredients
Beef steak: four items
Black pepper: a pair of teaspoons (coarsely ground)
Butter: a pair of tbsp
Meat broth: one cup
Cooking cream: one cup
Salt: a pair of tsp
How to prepare
Place the cut slices in an exceedingly flat bowl, then add salt and black pepper and rub well till fully seasoned.
We place the butter in an exceedingly pan on a high heat 1st till it heats fully, then cut back the warmth, then place the cut for three minutes, then flip it over on the opposite facet for an equivalent amount till it becomes tender.
In the same cooking pan we tend to add meat broth and if desired, a touch butter are often additional furthermore.
Leave the mixture on the stove for four minutes, then add the change of state cream, salt and ground black pepper and stir till the sauce thickens a touch.
Pour the sauce directly over the cut and serve forthwith.
It are often served with spud and poached vegetables.
