Chicken broth: one and 3 quarters of a cup (or meat)
Water: a cup and 1 / 4
Tomato paste: 1 / 4 cup
Mushrooms: three cups (chopped slices)
Vegetable broth: cube
Dried herbs: one teaspoon (ground)
Starch: four tsp
Salt: 1 / 4 of a teaspoon
Black pepper: 1 / 4 of a teaspoon
Cold water a pair of tbsp
How to prepare
Stir the meat in a very slippy pan over medium heat, add oil, and stir till brown.
Remove the meat from the pan and set it aside.
In the same pot, add the onion and garlic and stir for three minutes, then add the mushrooms and stir for five minutes.
Add the water, ingredient, broth, stock cube, herbs, salt and pepper and blend well.
Return the meat to the pan and leave the mixture to a boil, then scale back the warmth, cowl the pot associated leave it for an hour till the meat is tender.
Mix the starch with cold water in a very plate, add the mixture to a pan, and stir till it boils for 2 minutes till the mixture becomes thick.
Pour the limes into a dish and serve hot, along side rice or noodles to style.
