Edam Indian shrimp


 

Ingredients

Shrimp: 1.5 kilograms

Onions: two tablets (chopped)

Ginger: two tbsp

Green Coriander: one cup (fresh and chopped)

Cooking cream: [*fr1] a cup

Tomato paste: two tbsp

- Salt, to taste

Black pepper: [*fr1] a teaspoon

Curry: two tsp

Turmeric: [*fr1] a teaspoon

Paprika: one teaspoon

Garlic: four cloves (chopped)

Tomato: one piece (chopped)

Vegetable oil: two tablespoons

How to prepare

In a massive cooking pan over a medium heat, heat the oil and sauté onions and garlic till the ingredients area unit limp.

Add ginger and shrimp and season with salt, black pepper, curry, turmeric and paprika, then stir well.

Add to the frying pan the tomatoes and fixings, and leave the mixture on a coffee heat, stirring often, till thickened.

Pour the cream over the mixture and leave it on low heat for concerning five minutes, stirring often.

Pour the Indian chives into a dish, garnish with coriander, then serve hot.
